The sandbox mode allows you to develop and test the integration swiftly. It simulates the user flow without the actual transfer of funds, ensuring that you can thoroughly test the process before going live.
Here is a step-by-step guide on how to use the sandbox mode:
Open the provided sandbox link and input the desired amount. Please ensure to set
appId=2
, which is the default App ID for testing purposes.Provide your phone number to receive the OTP.
Enter the received OTP and click "Verify".
Select your bank account where you would receive the funds.
Navigate to the wallet option and click on "Connect Wallet".
Select "Authenticate" to proceed, ensure you are on the Mumbai Polygon testnet and your USDT-MATIC20 wallet address is accurate.
A prompt will appear asking for a signature to prove the ownership of the wallet address. This typically involves signing a message that includes your wallet address and the current timestamp.
Review the withdrawal details.
Click "Confirm" to approve the transaction. Note: This is the end of the user journey. The reconciliation, conversion, and transfer to the user bank account are automatically handled by Onramp.money. The process continues to completion even if the user closes the window.
A confirmation screen will appear, indicating a successful transaction. Note: As this is a test transaction, no actual transfer of fiat funds occurs.
Check the transaction history. The user can find all transactions placed by them. Partners or merchants can check about the transaction by using
merchant transaction history

Adding Testnet to metamask
For a single click add on, you can visit https://chainlist.org/
Toggle the testnets and search for matic mumbai
Connect your wallet and click on Add to wallet and approve.
Adding USDT to metamask
Head over to your metamask extension and click on import tokens
Add USDT MATIC-20 testnet contract address -> 0x5e3cb2a3e2c66882df2f0bdbee300327bb7e128c and click on "add custom token", you should now be able to view the transactions sent over by the onramp sandbox.
